Savory Grilled Meats Platter that Gives Chima a Run for their Money!

Whether it’s meat skewers, steak, burgers, sausages, seafood, or veggies, everything tastes better grilled. This is a well-established fact and also the reason why everyone loves barbecue! So, with that being said it isn't summer if there isn't something on the grill at least once!
The best grilled sausage & skirt steak that I've had in years. Thank you! –Kristine Cheshire

Cook the chicken thigh & breast, pork chop and steak on the hottest side of the grill and the ribs and Argentinean sausage on the other side of the grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side for rare or until the desired doneness. Let sit for 5 minutes. Keep warm. On a work surface, slice the meat and arrange on a wooden board or serving tray.
