Hook 'Em Seafood Boil

Ingredients
• 1 cup Old Bay seasoning
• 9 cloves garlic smashed
• 2 onions peeled and cut into pieces
• 1 pound small red potatoes
• 4 ears corn on the cob cut into half pieces
• 1 pound mussels scrubbed
• 1 pound stone or king crab legs pre-cooked
• 1 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa
• 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined (leave tails on)
• 3 sticks of butter
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley and 4 lemons
Directions
• Cut the 4 lemons into wedges, utilize 2 for boil and reserve the remaining wedges for garnish.
• Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, accent seasoning, garlic and onion. Bring to a boil.
• Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.
• Add the mussels, crab legs, and corn, and cook for 5 minutes
• Sauté the sausage in a separate sauce pan with 2 cloves of chopped garlic and olive oil, cook for 5 minutes, add shrimp and sausage to boil and cook 2-3 minutes
• Drain the seafood mixture from the pot, reserving a 1/2 cup of the broth for the side sauce.
• Melt the butter in a small bowl and whisk it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood mixture, add 1 clove of garlic, a shake of old bay seasoning, paprika, and 3 tablespoons of onion powder
• Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning to taste, then serve immediately.
