Lemon Pepper Chicken Cutlet Goat Cheese Sandwich on a Ciabatta Roll:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cutlets

  • Lemon pepper seasoning

  • Olive oil

  • Ciabatta rolls

  • Goat cheese

  • Fresh spinach

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season and Cook Chicken Cutlets:

  • Rub lemon pepper seasoning on both sides of the chicken cutlets.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Cook the chicken cutlets for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
